Not a bad price, considering most online retailers sell them for like MYR1k.

Thought I was the only one who knew of CPs on here.

Getting white or grey?
You must post pics when they arrive.

Well the price IS rather stupid. But I wanted something plain and goes with jeans and khakis without being chunky. The sneaker world has gone mad and it actually cost more to buy a clean looking pair of sneakers. "sneaker heads" or whatever they call themselves would prefer those that are so gash and with Teddy bear in them. Seriously, Jeremy Scott for adidas????

I think many of us are willing to pay more for a quality product than settling for a lesser product. As far as plain white sneakers go, it's hard to beat a pair of CPs or a pair of GATs. I agree that the price IS rather out of reach for many of us though.

I would say a pair of plain white sneakers is a staple in a man's streetwear wardrobe.
I see many people go for Stan Smiths, Fred Perrys, Nike and so on, but they defeat the purpose of wearing a pair of plain white sneakers.
They are supposed to be free of any design, and thin. It's like settling for a pair of Larrie instead of a pair of Church's.

In Malaysia only Fred Perry offers anything like that, and they go ahead and ruin them with the wreath logo. Not to mention their quality looks dodgy.
