To 5800 owners, do you encounter where by you hv already set the speed dial(#2- #9) and when you press either number and call, the message prompt "Not allowed".

If there is an incoming sms, my phone will just ring to remind me of the sms, but the screen will remain blank(blackout). Is this normal? Only the menu button will glow, off for 20sec and stays on for 5sec.

Locked as in key locked? Yes. I put it in auto locked after 30sec to prevent from accidently pressing the keys.

The screen protector is blocking the proximity sensor. The 5800 has the sensor near the earphone.

Anyone here got a casing for their 5800 already? I really need one. Be it silicone case or pda-style.

Nope, I don't know what sensor is beside the earpiece, maybe light sensor?. The proximity sensor is beside that sensor. I tried calling and blocking the sensor beside the earpiece, nothing happens. You can try it too.

Yes, you r right David. Seems like many pda-style case covered the proximity sensor. How la.. diy not nice susah oo. It's USD28.

Don't think anyone here knows the answer. It might shoot up or down. Rm1300 is very cheap for a phone like this. Don't wait too long to get one.

Damn, I think I got the earpiece problem already. Was talking to a friend just now and suddenly, th volume go normal and low. Bought on friday, blue set.
