Some HD Ready LCD TV can support 1080p. How?, HD Ready LCD vs. Full HD LCD in 1080p

Hi Guys,
i am getting a sony tv KDL-32R300B that says on the specs 720p resolution but the seller says it can display 1920x1080 while using hdmi on a pc does that meant it is going to work fine on my pc like 1080p gaming and desktop |
