The need all clash. Cheap and cheerful but little foot traffic. Easily accessible by public transport but little foot traffic. Quiet and secluded but cheap and cheerful. There's no cheap establishment that wouldn't attract huge number of customers. There's no quiet and secluded establishment that does not imply that it's not exclusive, hence pricey.

The easiest is make at someone's house to satisfy all these requirements but whose house is next to the LRT station anyway?

Obviously there is got to be compromise. Sunway Hartz is the best fit, but in the interest of variation we are discussing other places that may not fit so well, but are good enough. so we are not eating at the same place all the time.

I think i can take a walk around the area Pavillion to BTS, and scope out all the locations on the way. would likely do this on wednesday. If i find anything interesting I'll post it up here.

Actually, I'm very interested in KLCC and just venturing the idea there. Alah, food courts will be packed regardless. There will be space from time to time. So its not really an issue.

U really want secluded, cheap, super awesome access, 10th Floor BTS. Guaranteed. Only prob is not enough foreign 3DS.

The walk/running path around KLCC park has lots of shelter huts to sit anyway. No guarantees that the overzealous guards won't chase us out.

oh yeah... *facepalm* but if we are around the waterfront area shd be fine right? I remember the last time I try to take some photo around the kid's small swimming pool there and got ask by the guard to put the camera down. lol

What about KL Sentral? It is "Sentral" enough I think to allow folks from areas like PJ/Damansara to drop by, as well as those from Ampang and its surroundings. There we have Starbucks, Ayamas, a typical food court, Kenny Rogers, and Secret Recipe. I've personally organized an iPhone gathering there at Starbucks, and we stayed there until the Starbucks was closed, and still they did not mind us. It's rarely packed anyway, since KL Sentral is mainly a terminal for folks to catch their transportation to somewhere else.
