Guys, update for the next venue is up!
A place which is all new for us! KLCC Waterfront, we could attract more tourist and people who hang out there. Maybe who knows they have 3DS too! Make sure you guys eat before coming to the venue! Date and Time is still undergoing discussion. Please follow the discussion at Facebook or Twitter. |

There's always the two food courts inside KLCC. Or Ampang Park's KFC/McD, they're 24hrs with WiFi.

My impression is that the Waterfront can get hot, and Ampang park + food court would get noisy and crowded on the weekends.
I remember there was a burger king at the KLCC LRT on the Avenue K side. This was the place used for one PSP + NDS gathering some years back. WIFI signals clashed. There was so much blood..... Does this place still exist? |

Not any crowded than a Midvalley on weekends and you guys just did the recent meetup there. Comparing crowd traffic between Midvalley and KLCC/Ampang Park guess which one more crowded?
That Burger King near Avenue K bungkus already. KFC KLCC have been relocated to a secluded corner in KLCC with bigger floorspace. Maybe that one? Or what about KL Sentral, in the food court? I would suggest Starbucks but then you guys be taking the price of food/beverages into account. Added on June 28, 2011, 11:04 amOr if you really don't want any foot traffic, do it in places where nobody wanna go, like Pertama, Kotaraya, or Maju Junction. Especially Maju Junction, that place is dead, and there's a KFC there. This post has been edited by stringfellow: Jun 28 2011, 11:04 AM |

QUOTE(Kyoyagami @ Jun 28 2011, 10:59 AM) Let us mourn its passing. . . . . . . Ok. so if that is out, i guess the second food court up top is a little more serene. If Times Square is still on the table, I don't mind taking a look around there, since there is more time to check it out now. @string since i was not there i would not know for sure, but BK mv is in one quiet corner of Megamall. quiet being relative to the rest of the complex of course. ZINDEGI NEHI ON KOTARAYA. TOO CLOSE TO OFFICE!
But KLCC is actually a very good idea. Just that, its pretty hard to gauge an affordable area to eat (signatures is almost always packed, Rasa foodcourt is tiny, KFC is secluded and does get a good amount of attention). I would suggest the foodcourt at Avenue K, but that sort of defeats a lot of purposes. And you guys don't like it smoky. |

Urgh crap, that food court is smoking-allowed? I'm out. Cancer patients can keep their cancer to themselves.
KL Sentral, the good court? Plenty huge too. Or Bangsar Shopping Center/Village but there's no fast food I recall and a cab ride off Bangsar LRT. Added on June 28, 2011, 11:28 amThe food court in Pavilion, Food Republic? Never seen anyone been chased out before and the place is huge. Personally I see Starbuckses as the ideal place, they dont chase people out. Too bad that we can't put it unto consideration. This post has been edited by stringfellow: Jun 28 2011, 11:28 AM |
