Yes sure u can call. Just give them the tracking number. If they ask anything then give them. Maybe they will want toknow where the sender post the parcel. From which post office post when. And also receiver address and details.

Hmm...usually takes 1-2 days.

sometimes fast sometimes slow. Everytime i email them, sometimes they reply on the next day. sometimes 2 or 3 days later.

yea it is possible to use the pos express.. last time i send few books using pos express as well.. i get the biggest pos express.. the envelope style ones.. but still.. depends on ur novel thickness.. if its not so think i think it might fit.. and it is fast and cheap =)

Why don't you just use pos laju instead?

Posekspress is a lot cheaper (fixed) and books can be considered as documents

Poslaju goes by weight.

Is it true that there is a new policy of only documents can be posted using Pos Ekspress while items using this method will be sent back to the sender? I have been hearing a lot of this lately. Can anyone verify? I had approached the Post Office in iKEA and they mentioned that items can still be sent using Pos Ekspress. Confused.
