Anyone here having a problem with ekspress since last week?.. I want to ask if Pos Ekspress is still "Down" until today? dang I sent an item no last Thursday and my client has not received yet the item. and i cant even track where the item now.

U better call pos to ask about this already...if your client have not received the parcel more than 3 days after u sent.. means that is some problems...

fyuhh =) I called the office today and They said the item has been sent on last Saturday. So I guess now the problem is not on me but The recipient is the one who gonna take care of it right?

how many day did poslaju usually take if sent my parcel from sabah to melaka?

Did they said the parcel has arrived the receiver? and your client has not received yet? If so then.. the parcel is lost or post man sent wrong to other house

send today, tomorrow receive. Or next day..

oh...thx...btw the item must be held by custom first for inspection isn't it?

The pos express online tracking system is still down?

The office guy told me they already sent on Saturday to the recipient house. and I called my client and unfortunately what she said was the address that she sent to me was her friend's/cousin's (i dont remember) house. I ask her if they have mail box in their shop, and she said She's not sure. well i have made my conclusion it supposed to be her responsibility I guess.

Did she checked with her friend/cousin whether they received it?

Was she the 1 that insist to use pos express or u are the one who wanna use pos express?

Pos laju is better ...

I did it because on the day i went off to Pos office at Sunway pyramid. It appeared some notes on the ticket queue machine mention that Poslaju system is down at the moment, after I saw that notice I guess You might to sent the item using Pos ekspress as well . So I did sent use Ekspress as my only option because I saw the notice.

Did u ask for her agreement and warn her before u post out? because if i see that notice, i will ask her if she is ok with it.. and i'll warn her about pos express may lost.. i'll ask for her permission.. if she ok then only post out.. if no ok then next day only post by pos laju or go other pos office to post.

Can't say its fully receiver responsibility ... its sender responsibility too...

Just ask her to confirm with her cousin if they have received the parcel...

=) It's not looking who is wrong and right I guess.. What I did that time because Pos office gave notice "poslaju" system was down. without second thought I just change it to Ekspress. but next time I will ask my client if they wanted to use (Pos Ekspress). thanks for your concern strawberry =)

curious but how to wrap the item for pos ekspress since i buy pos ekspress there O.o i mean, i wrapped it in a paper to fit into the RM3 one, and the lady at the counter say next time use bubble wrap O.O and then she pass me pos laju form~ so i rugi T_____T

u can just tell them u don't want pos laju.. u want pos express... unless the pos express envelop is out of stock..

yea.. bubble wrap is better too... it still can fit in pos express envelop ma..
