I once used it to post a UV IDE cable to a buyer  was a bit tight on cover but when the buyer received it, he says torn a bit on top but item still ok

Hi, I bought a tube top from a seller at LYN, and she sent the parcel to me on Monday noon. She's from penang, and I'm from klang, but both of the locations were under Zone A. So, I suppose to get it on Tuesday, isn't it? Let say the seller post it after collecting hour, I should get it on Wednesday instead, right? But today, thursday already, I also haven't got it yet. I checked the status,

They stated they delivered to me on yesterday noon, but I can't it at all. Not even inside my mail box. Both the seller and I called 1300300300 today, but they kept claiming delivered.

I got so pissed, and they said they'll investigate on behalf of me. And, I got no news from them yet.

What shall I do now? Is my parcel lost?

I'm afraid that the postman delivered to the neighbor' houses instead cause he always did this. ><

The seller and I called 1300 300 300, they checked via online, and kept claiming parcel delivered as stated. So, I argue with him telling him I didn't get it, but he insisted I've to check my mailbox again! I've checked for more than 10 times, I'm very sure it's not there.

After a while, that man finally gave up and asked for my name, contact, add, and the seller's so that they can track it. Around after half an hour I hang up the phone call, a number, 03- 5519 4141 rang me, and tell me that they'll look for the parcel. They didn't tell me who's that.

I checked, it was a number at Shah Alam, so I was thinking it's the number was my local Bahagian Serahan number. I'm from klang, so where supposed to be my local Bahagian Serahan? Shah Alam?

The postman came to my house today, and kept asking me whether i got rcv it or not. 
I belief the number 03- 5519 4141 might be the local Bahagian Serahan number. As the postman looks so scare with this matter, he kept searching for the parcel around my house area from 2 ish till 6pm.. I feel bad with him too..    Im not sure whether is the postman's fault, that accidentally deliver to other houses or what.. but looking at his pity face, i really can't say anything.. many ppl advises me not to use post express already but i still prefer to use it cause need not signatures, and now, smtg bad really happened. 

I've already gave up on finding it. And, I'm afraid my complaints will caused the postman to loss his job. Sigh. He looks really pity. 
I can't find any way to blame him anymore... Plus, my mom told me that postman was a nice man, who have good manners, so we decided not to blame on him anymore. My parents asked me to let it be, just forget about the money I paid, as a lesson for me to learn. Will be cancelling my complaints tomorrow morning.

I think all i can do was just wait for the miracle to happen now..

no. this is  about DHL. not poslaju/pos ekspress.
like poslaju,the tracking number ada kat form tu right?
and the pos ekspress, the number ada kat envelope,right?

Pos Ekspres is only covered Malaysia, rite? And thru certain major cities / town...

BTW, the envelope can only hold thin stuff only & somemore very hard to write on the surface... just my opinion only

the parcel is sent from Ampang to bayan lepas (poscode 11960), Penang  2day (14.4.09) n hopefully will sent it ASAP la!!! . Gonna have butterflies in my stomach

Hi ! I just want to ask a question about Pos Express.

Is it that I only have to buy the Pos Express card, let's say the smallest RM 2.50 one, then I can send to any state I want, no matter which state am I from? Is it? Do I have to add any extra fees?

Because I was told to pay RM 5 for a postage of item, when I received, it is the smallest RM 2.50 PosExpress.. Feel like being cheated.
