Tuition fees for Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) is around RM230,000 (most expensive of all) and the cheapest is Universitas Andalas (UNAND) is around RM105,000. UNPAD will cost RM176,000~

If you are on a tight budget - Universitas Andalas (UNAND) is a logical choice. You will have a balance of around RM60,000-RM70,000 if you studied there compared to UNPAD.

That is a huge savings which can be used for accomodation, food, transportation, books etc.

I think they will as our ipta accepts. Unless your grades are no good. A better choice than Russia.
Why don't you consider our second tier unis with ptptn thrown in as well. You won't get this package anywhere else.
