Hi, at Wangsa Maju, 2 rooms flat without facilities will cost about RM500 atleast most of it will rent at RM550, with those facilities you request, normally will cost about RM650 and above.

Hi, Wangsa Maju is a very popular place to stay, hence everyone for sure will have units to let. However, I think it is too early for you to ask now, as the current unit is available by February or March. Hence suggest you to contact me by April for the available units.

Most of the flat is walking distance to LRT station (Putra - Wangsa Maju), variance from 5 minutes - 15 minutes walking distance.
