Attention to all May intake TARCian or UTARian,

I received a lot of calls recently looking for houses in Wangsa Maju or Desa Setapak area, May is superpeak period in Wangsa Maju, heard that there are few thousand of new student comming from all over malaysia this year. Just an advice to you guys and gals, you must make decision fast if there is any empty unit available. A lot of units have been taken out since April althoght to move in by May. Otherwise, you may need to share the house with others.

It will be better to get 3R2B unit for 5 of you. However, it is a bit difficult to get fully furnish with 1k. Mostly you may get a semi furnish unit like come with water heater, washing machine and fridge in wangsa maju flat or Vista Wisra apartment.

Other suggestion is at desa setapak eg. terrace house, menara alpha condo, vista wira appartment, Section 2 flats, which all these option are close to LRT, bustop (where TARC or UTAR buses by pass), foodstall, convenient stall, etc.

Interested, please give me a call asap. As mentioned, units at wangsa maju/setapak running out extream fast, you need to act fast to secure a unit.

Hi, you will not able to get a unit at your budget at wangsa maju, setiawangsa Im not very sure. 2 rooms flat in wangsa maju cost atleast 550.

I got one unit menara alpha currently, dont have opther option at the meantime. And I would said, the chances to find a unit at Metroview or Plaza Prima is very very slim, hence you may want to grap one unit now, otherwise, just share the house with others if you insist on the location...
