Daemon Tools lite for me. Free of charge and ease of use are the main reasons I suppose
If you're talking about manipulation, maybe PowerISO/Alcohol 120% etc is better |

Some time ago i was using Deamon tool.
But after that i learnt PowerISO its very good and convenient for me. |

i've tried UltraISo and MagicISO b4 but PowerISO is more suitable for me.  |
