think so.. sponsor we dont know yet la.. they will call ur for med checkup.. then u will know whos ur sponsor.. most of students in alam have sponsor i think.. if u dont get u can try calling small shipping companies to sponsor u, like shin yang, global carriers, etc.. i went for psychometric test first also..

doing laser surgery late this month..

eh sacai.. u sure ah they will notice if i wear contact lens? my astigmatism is mild actually,i can see well without glasses. and im gonna invest alot of money that i cant afford right now for lasik..

starburst is one of the reason in getting lasik also la.. sometimes i see double vision ,at night only..

Im going to sell my bike and use that money la, rarely using bike anymore and gonna join alam soon, so no point having it..

for me i dont have glare, i juz have starburst only in the left eye, driving at night not really troublesome for me la..

im gonna do custom intralasik. 2788.. she said if i can refer any friend she will give 200 back..

for officers

Entry Requirements:


· Application is based on SPM Trial Examination Result

· Single, Male or Female with not more than 23 years of age on 13 July 2010

· Minimum SPM Trial Examination Result with strong credits in Bahasa Malaysia , English, Mathematics / Additional Mathematics and Physics

· Mentally, physically and medically fit

· Minimum height of 158cm and weight of 48kg for male applicants (BMI: 18.5 – 24.9)

· Minimum height of 155cm and weight of 42kg for female applicants (BMI: 18.5 – 24.9)

· Normal colour vision

· Good eyesight without visual aid for Navigating Officer Cadets

· Visual aid with a limitation of 200 for Marine Engineering Officer Cadets

· Pass the interview process

U have passed the age limit to become an officer.
However, u can still apply to be an able seaman..

before u join u still need training..
