Hi,

I just updated my E71 to the latest firmware. However, I found out my Garmin application is gone. I tried to install it agin from the Application Manager (yes, the application is taill there with Not install status) but it prompt out unable to install.

Anyone have any idea on this?

I tried to reinstall the latest Garmin Mobile XT (5.00.2) application and it did install successfully over my older version of Garmin (4.xx.xx). Now I can run the Garmin already, however I'm facing some strange problem here:

1) No sound during the navigation
2) The direction pointing to the destination in Garmin is a straight line to the destination point....very very strange

I'm also facing another problem when I turn on my phone, it always try to install something automatically but at last it failed. I tried to look into the Application Manager but found nothing is not install (everything was install). Any one know how to terminiate this auto installation process during phone startup?

Thanks for reply. I managed to solve the problem. Just deleted some of the .sis files in memory card and the auto install problem is gone.

As for the Garmin problem, it's solved too......but this one is strange because I didn't really do anything and out of sudden, everything work again ;-)
