Recently I purchase a jewelry from a LYN member. The stuff I received was not the quality I expected. Furthermore, I realize that he/she is selling fake branded jewelry products for example Tiffany & Co, Juicy Couture, Tous and etc without stating that it is replica.

So, I want to know if I can open a dispute thread on the particular person for selling fake jewelry without stating its replicas and not the actual product shown on his/her pictures which she provided in her thread.

The price she is selling for the jewelry is way cheaper than the actual price it is sold for but I am really wondering if a person can sell those stuff without at least mentioning its replicas/imitations.

Yes, and kindly report the thread.
The reason they did not state it was imitation was knowing that we would closed down those thread if we spotted one. So they masquerade to get away.

Sales of imitation items are strictly prohibited here..
