I have a question here.here is my situation,i need two weeks notice(means 10 working days) and currently i have 7 days annual leave.meaning i have to work for another 3 days to the company if they approve my annual leave?
*
Some companies do not accept annual leave to offset resignation notice. Please check

The reason of the resigning is that she is unhappy with current working environment where she is forced to work outside her specific job role...

*
can she prove this?

Some role & responsibility are mentioned, some are implied

Depends on how much it differs and in what capacity

Dear all,

I urgently need to resign from my job that I worked less than a week due to personal circumferences.

But according to the offer letter that I signed, I either give 1 month notice period or 1 month salary in lieu of notice.

Furthermore, maybe due to lack of communication during the interview, the job that I applied is difference that I currently doing. I applied for position A, but the offer letter is position B. And I still signed it( I thought is the same job with difference job name).  doh.gif

Please help, I can't afford to pay 1 month salary for the notice fee. What should I do now ?  cry.gif

Any probation period?

Normally before confirmation, your resignation notice is 24hrs.

Check if this clause is in the agreement/contract etc

Hi...

Im wondering if im still under probation, is it possible for me to tender notice 2 months before resignation (required is 1 month)... but If they were to show me the the door out immediately after I tender the notice will I be compensated with the 2 months salary?
*

Wat is ur termination clause under probation?

If one month just give one month notice

Whatever not in your employment agreement / contract, dun think too much

Theoretically yes

But they might use it as bargaining chip too
