My xbox live membership recently got suspended. I changed my credit card but didn't update the info in xboxlive......

I had this problem before, they had issue charging my credit card then they suspend my account, you can't even login to live from your Xbox to update you payment options.

Look for a postcode and town area on the internet, the rest your can simply type in. My friend's account were suspended before but after the NXE update it went back to silver account.

if still cannot update online then just call to US. tell them you want only free silver account. after everything sort out then just get the xbox live prepaid card will do.
