Help With Purchasing Apps in itunes

i tried purchasing an application on Itunes store.I use paypal to pay for it but an error has show "This recipient requires that you have a valid funding source from United States in order to complete this transaction." Its there any steps that im able to take to fix the error?sorry for my bad english.

You can pay it by credit card.Some more, its reconize Malaysia credit card

another solution is to buy itunes prepaid cards,head on to garage sales
got sumbody selling it.cheaper summore. |
