but i propose my mom locate a chinese word "Fa" "發" beside 4 if we dont want change to 2A number...
it will be come " 發4 ", means i will rich until i die...

Like it or not superstitious plays a significant role - similar to fengshui.

If it's for your own stay, who cares but if you have a plan to sell the unit or to rent it out in future, this should be one of the things you need to consider before buying

Vice-versa, you will get lower price (2nd value, perhaps?) for units with these numbers

i just buy a new house, house no. is not 44 (developer hv changed it to 42A). This is the last unit of this section. If choose beside section (just launch), it will extra 5k i need to pay.

Depending whether ur chinese or not. But even if ur chinese and the home is for investment, you can always sell to non-chinese. As long as the property is at a good location ^^
