Men punya skin tends to age drastically compared to women. Get the serum as it is lighter. There is a new one called the  olay micro sculpting serum which is supposedly really good.

the micro sculpting serum is not available in malaysia i think last i heard from my gf.

It's out already at the bigger Guardian and Watsons outlets. Retails for RM130 (50ml).

wow that is very expensive for an olay product. thought they were usually the 50 bucks range. wonder whats so special about this one as the price is almost the same as my shiseido moisturizer.

I did an honest comparison of the ingredients and the Olay wins hands down. The Shiseido moisturizers for men are really overpriced...too basic and lacking in antioxidants to be priced at RM145. Even the Total Revitalizer is comparable to the micro sculpting serum. Even the slightly cheaper Olay Regenerist Serum (RM70), has better ingredients and finish compared to the Shiseido Moisturizing Emulsion. However Shiseido still wins coz it comes in 100ml..ahaha..that's bout all.

i just did a price check on amazon, seems like the normal serum goes for USD15 while the micro-sculpting one goes for USD20. how does the retailers in malaysia justify going from rm70 to rm130 between the two? it ridiculous just like everything else in this country. maybe i should start importing some over and sell em at rm100 and i'd still make good profit lol.

so safe bet is to use cleanse(Cetaphil) -> serum(Olay Regenerist) -> AHA/retinoid(Diacneal) -> moisturizer?

diacneal gotta order from US online.. hmmmmm... I bought the moisturizing gel (Loreal Anti-mark), not the roll-on stick. So gotta switch to another moisturizer now since AHA + retinoid + BHA (salicylic acid from the Loreal) might be wayyy to strong.

u can get diacneal from guardian or watsons. i kinda stopped using diacneal, it's quite effective in removing red spots/scars but they cause new ones the break out as well from my experience so it's kinda 2 edged sword for me.
