fees for tenancy agreement (shop rental), how much, 4k reasonable?

actually shoplot rental agreements are quite standard, if you know any lawyers just ask them to lend you a sample then do it yourself.

most important is what you think. If you think the agent has done a good job then RM4k is not high especially in today's difficult situation, to get a tenant is not easy. Would you rather pay RM2k and leave your shop untenanted for 6 months or pay RM4k for immediate tenancy?
