focus point and all these other big retail shops are a bunch of blood suckers.. in fact i never buy from any stores when they have such thing as "discounts" and "xx% off" because there's no such thing in this business.. they get their sunglasses from their supplier at a fixed price all year round.. i go to Reliance in Bangsar for most of my shades and i just ask them to give me the best price.. there's no such thing in optical shops as "im sorry sir this is the new collection, so the price is fixed at RM680, however this model we have 30% discount and only RM475 after"..

so when you see xx% off and what not, thats all bullshit, because the market price for something is lets say RM350, but they mark up the price to RM800 and they tell you they have 40% off, so you only need to pay RM480, and ppl go "WOW from RM800 to RM480, thats a good buy"..
