maybe u can try uploading it via the a2uploader. but u will need some tutorial to do that if ure a first timer. sometimes your situation also happens to my phone. wonder why too.

Judging from your price I would say its an AP set?

If its AP, some sets wont be able to get updates from SEUS unless you flash it to the correct region. Sorry cant help you much on this as I have never done it before. However this process is quite risky and may brick your phone and void your warranty. Try searching a few pages back - remember someone posting a link.

SE Service Center will only update it for you if your unit is ori from Midland/Thorus.

Haha thx for adding me in. i did ask SC in KLCC & they charging me for RM120, i was saying WTH without any negotiate (even negotiate, max will drop to RM 100 i think)so i just walk away.

Any SC charge a bit cheaper for me to update.

I am AP set with arabic word on the keypad... hehe. actually quite proud using this model, no regret.

Wow didn't even know they offered updates for AP users but at a hefty price tag haha

Frankly, I would only recommend updating if you are having problems with your current firmware.

hi all. yesterday i went to a sonyericsson booth on pj, asking for a c902 model. warranty by midland. however when i looked at the back, the phone was made in china. is this a real original phone or imitation? sonyericsson is made in china? by the way, it got sirim, midland & even sonyericsson sticker attached. i oso found in other shop selling original SE which was made in china. can anyone verify this. TQ

haha it is like tat... laggy is the nature of C902 ~ jus use to it bro ~

It kinda depends on usage - on average about 20 calls, 15-20 smses, 2-3 photos, no games, no music, no surfing it can last be about 2-3 days

I think all SE phones now are made in china
