Mmmm nope. Based on our hands on experience, Microsoft will ban the console. And that thing about replacing the HDD to unban is a hilarious myth.

We have been playing online using mostly SG accounts. A few use US.

Oh and that part about having a modded console will get you banned by Microsoft is a half truth. There are some variables to consider. For the record, I know 2 players from this forum who have been playing pirated games on live since quite a while without getting the banhammer.

The risk is simple enough for you to consider:
If you get banned, there is no known way yet to unban the console. In other words if you wanna play online you'd have to buy another console.

Some are elusive to the banhammer because they know what they're doing and Microsoft have yet to find a way to break this 'defense'. Either that or they're just waiting for the right time.
But I'm not telling you the variables.


Mine is not modded btw, and that includes my dead 360.

likkylooq, yeah you're lucky because some of us are willing to spoon feed you many, many times.
FYI if you sell off your disc, you won't be able to play the game that you've installed to the HDD. Microsoft is not that stupid. In fact, no one is that stupid.
