i heard kangaroo is one of the cheapest courier services in malaysia. was considering them but i'm surprised to see many poor feedback. i thought courier has its standard.

i've had many bad experiences with pos laju, thus i vow never to use them unless my buyer insists. any suggestion on a reliable courier service between Peninsula and East malaysia?
