Called the HQ on saturday, the person said item is sent out for delivery and will reach by 1pm but still havent arrive yet even when its already 1pm
The online tracking did not change status too...
Later afternoon called the HQ, and one of the woman staff is so rude...
keep saying cant contact driver, because their phone is in mailbox mode...
very disapointing

Morning, called the PJS branch, they said item is out for delivery
status is still the same as two days ago.
Finally received the item at 2pm...
Checked the status but the status in the tracking system still havent change...
