i'm a reciever. my parcel has been send out since last monday. till now i still dun get it.
i've check with their tracking system it's stop on the 9th of feb.. then no more update. call the branch they said: memang ini barang belum sampai. masih di KL
ok fine. i called KL(HQ), they can only ask me to put down my contact no. and call back to me.
i was like, no1 in the office can take incharge of this serious matter?or at least make a serious report?
i felt so helpless now...can anyone help me or guide me here? the parcel was sent 2 weeks ago and i still dun get it.
