So is the Asian version confirmed?

EA singapore has the beatles minipage on http://www.ea.com.sg/beatlesrockband/ which gives a 9.9.09 date.

No bundle details though.

EA Singapore now has Beatles: Rock Band on the website as coming on 9.9.09 although no details on whether they will be offering the hardware bundles are available.  Retailers (GH and TSB) seem to indicate that they will have a rough idea if they will be available at the end of the month.

Well, if you're thinking of importing for the bundle, I would be interested to know how you plan to go about doing it.

Quite gatal for either the rickenbacker or the gretsch as well lol.

Yeah, but they instruments are region free, so I'm sure we can get the friendly folks over at Gamer's Hideout to import them for us smile.gif

Besides, Djinn telled me once that he can import RB2 drums, but they're way too expensive

OFC we can import - the hardcore gamers will buy the kit no matter what. But it's the casuals, older people with real money and xboxes for their kids who could really get excited about this. Especially since TB:RB is getting so much mainstream media exposure.

But the RB pack that officially came here was the standard game, and an instruments only pack.
The obvious solution would be to buy the instrument pack and the Beatles game, just like what we did with RB1.

Yep, unfortunately i don't think they will be selling the hofner bass and the drum set seperately which only comes with the limited edition bundle. At least that's what i can tell from the RB store. There's also the problem with RB gear for xbox - they are quite hard to find on store shelves unlike the PS3 and Wii editions. AFAIK EA are still not shipping the RB2 equipment which means that the import route is still the only way to go. Or the PS3 route...

Which means the xbox dies a little more in this region.

This sucks ass.

Oh well.. at least there's some nice DLC this week
