Frankly, there is very little difference between DX9 and DX10.

QUOTE(FarCry3r @ Dec 19 2008, 12:00 PM) Added on December 19, 2008, 12:03 pm Sure there's aren't lot of games that actually support DX10. But those games are the big one. The hottest one. Not some lame game. So it's definitely worth it. Not very interesting. Only game i have in the list is DMC4. Already completed. UAW is DX10??? That was fugly!! C&C 3 and RA3 looks way better even with DX9. GOW looks good, but i can't say it's that much better than a typical DX9 game.....it's more the visual style is gritty. I'm more interested to see what DX11 can bring. Frankly, DX10 was the most unexciting DX ever. By the time it's mature, it's already DX11 with Windows 7. I think that's why some developer don't bother to support DX10. |
