1st of all
is the place she's going to study fulfill her education needs?
not to say studying outstation is a good thing
it can be good and it can be bad
if she's walking on the right path persuading her studies in the right place
why not let her be?

you have to ponder about,her future

Just tell her honestly. If there is some reason your college is not the best choice, just let her know. And don't think too deeply into it.
