i would say drop the prestige. and get the new vitakraft life. the standard of prestige drop till very lousy n moldy sad.. lucky now got this new food.. alot of good feed back. give it a try i am sure u will like it.

if u think ur tank is warm n no air. do change it to a better tank or cage. don't bath ur hamster. unless there are chemicals or harmful thing stick on them. just wipe them if u need and best is with sand bath.

1inch water for a big syrian or half inch for dwarf hamster is more than enough. 3/4 bucket is way too much water no matter how small the bucket is. hair dryer is not a right way to dry them too.

no matter how small bucket is it.. 3/4 water i guess its more than 1/2 - 1 inches water. anything more than that will risk them.

never bath ur hamster, unless they are stick with harmful chemicals or anything may harm them.

If u really needed. use wet tissue or wet cloth to wipe them

Then put them in a bucket or carrier with sand. put them where to the sunshine @ 10am morning sun. NEVER 12pm or afternoon sun. that is too hot for them. Place half the tank under the sunshine. and half the tank under shade. so if they feel too hot they can go to the place with out sun.

yes prestige is getting way to bad now... gues the main supplier didn't stock their food well.. sour smell

the vitakraft i would say rotate all of the 5 types.. cos everytime got difference benefit. and all of them are good n fresh n no junk.

growing age (> 1 mth old)

say like 1 - 2 kibles per day are fine
