Finally bought SH-03A
and Finally I'm a Jphone user! >.<

Im very lucky to get a black one as my wish bcoz my bf said when he reached at the stall
there was only 1 black color left, and many other stalls selling only pink and white.

I installed the SH-03A to my pc
but ntg happens except I found SH-03A installed in my system

and the ultrasim my bf bought in HK is a black color hacksim
written with "smartphone"
bhind of it got one round round thingy
do I nid to cut my Digi sim card to fit in the sim slot?

Yes I installed according to the way of English Manual in the CD.

I switched to communication mode, but ntg happens, stupid me now only I know this communication mode is for hp use >.<
I inserted a microSD and tried, it works!
(luckily still left a 2GB microSD bought last time for my keychain camera -.- nid to buy a 16GB for this phone, Im broken...)

Yes Yes Exactly! That's the bypass sim Im using.
but I think the sim slot for SH-03A is really too tight
as I overlap the bypass sim with my Digi sim card and put it into the sim slot
the bypass sim like cannot fit in all inside the sim slot and come out abit Orz
Im scared that I've already spoiled the bypass sim...


if I cut my Digi sim, will it be a problem to use nx time if I bought a bypass sim which w/o need to cut the sim card?

too bad Im having the basic stupid problem when using it
I feel sorry to use this phone, like cannot use the full function of it! pity SH-03A in my hands
will try my best to understand it and use it to the extend it can be

btw, i jz asked my bf, he says no nid to cut the Digi sim.
He tried in HK with HK's sim and got no problem with the signal.
But when he back Msia and he put his Digi sim inside with the bypass sim,
it says locked...
the HK sim slimmer abit and the Digi sim is abit fat than the HK sim =.=

I jz tried my Digi sim, when I open phone it says locked
but after that it found Digi and got signal.
it works fine, can call out, receive call, send SMS, receive SMS
(SMS part nid to manual set, my bf help me fixed it, so Im not clear about the procedures)

about the price, hmm since there's ppl selling this phone here, so I would not state the price clear, I hope u understand
all I can say is, SH-03A + wall charger + i-smartphone (V-sim no cut), added in USB cable, earphone converter, screen protectors
total up is much more lower than HKD 5k


Im so thankful that ppl in here that help!
at the same time Im also being sorry to ask stupid basic questions
as Im really very nervous to deal with the Jphone

I read the thread with SH-01A compared with C905, SH-01A wins over with no doubt
but I think SH-01A's photo is better than SH-03A as I saw from others' reviews and photo shoots of both phones =.=
I love the color tone of SH-01A

but overall still abit blur for SH-03A
this might due to me coz ate too many kaki ayam during childhood (hands shake easily)
very hard to take a sharp photo

the panorama is very fun to play with
hoping one day have chance to go beach to snap sunset photo

ahh MMU student, Im Malacca MMU student too.

My SH-03A with Digi sim CPR twice when I went Bukit Mertajam, Penang to visit friends on 2 separate CNY days.
and of course CPR again when I come down to Malacca from Penang because of poor highway signal.

one time I went Malim restaurant, the signal bar showed "圈外" but after several minutes it auto gained back signal. No need to restart phone.
so as in MMU library and some restaurants in Bukit Beruang.

In conclusion SH-03A with digi sim used for 1 month, total CPR is 3 times.

Im also now only realize there's another Prime Series user in MMU, mayb there're still more..
last year when I took Japanese class in MMU, I saw a coursemate using Jphone
so nice the ringtone, make me more n more crazy on Jphone, but donno which model he using
