i am sure u can achive that, provided if u drive around 70-80 all the time and with minimum air con. keep the coldness adjustment to the minimum. my manual now 350KM still got two bar left. and if the traffic light is long better turn off engine, our car super makan minyak when leave ideal with air con on.
*
Is it advisable? never tried that before in my BLM ~~
What i'll do is to off the aircon when i stop, when start then on again or never on at all until feeling the suffocation

Maybe they can give tips on how the do it? icon_rolleyes.gif
So far sometimes managed to get rpm 1.5 at 60km, lasted for few minutes

Eh Btw, usually after a service they will state the you have to come back for service
at This Date or 6000km which ever come first ~
If let say that next Date approached edi but your mileage < 6000km ~ Can we just wait until 6000km instead of servicing on the Date even though the Date comes first?

Thanks in advance

Oh boy rclxub.gif Just saw this and MISSED IT doh.gif

Btw, i just wan to confirm something for the final time,
i got reply that i should go and service my car if it reach the NEXT SERVICE DATE even though I have yet to achieve 6000km

What will be the impact if i just go and service only upon reaching 6000km which might be 1-2 months after the supposingly NEXT SERVICE DATE?

If let say mileage only around reach 3000km at that time, wouldn't it be wasting to service it just because it reach the NEXT SERVICE DATE? Coz the engine oil change is suppose to be upon 6000km right?

Any particular reason why we should go and service the car upon reaching the NEXT SERVICE DATE, which i noticed in the warranty book, the service is upon 3 months (Or 6000km), 3 months (Or 10000km) mmmmm

Thanks in advance

I noticed two things lately:

1) If i stop my car in 'D' mode, the RPM stops at 0.85. However, it went up to 0.9 when i change to 'N' mode, is this normal? How come?

2) If i off the aircon, seems that the pickup is faster and of course can go faster smoothly. But if on the aircon, i feel pickup seems to be sluggish and i have to press more oil like that still stuck at that slow speed. I though i heard that if we on the aircon, the car will accelerate faster, but now pickup sluggish? Anyone face this issue before?

Same here. It's normal I think. Dunno where u hear on aircond faster cuz aircond takes up power which is needed by acceleration, so how can it be faster? Wira's also like that.
*
Itu Proton Saga's owner manual lo Page 71 it says something "CAUTION When using the air conditioning, the idling speed is slightly increased. Therefore, use care when starting to move the engine"

When i read this, i will thought that if you on aircon then car will have higher speed, that's why ~
Btw wat d'they mean by "Idling Speed" ??? hmm.gif

Anyway, thanks for the others opinion ~~~ Now that i know it's normal to have unsmooth accelaration and pickup when we on da aircon eh ~

The issue is ~ How do we know whether they are cheating at that point of time ~ My BLM Auto mileage varies around 270 - 300 ++ depends one

Hey btw, you'll knw these days, it had been raining like waterfall these days and causing mini floods around ~ etc

Understood that our engine part shouldn't get wet but banjir time takkan wan to stop in the middle of the road? or just wade through?

I wonder whether are there options to apply waterproof covering to protect the electronic component in the bonet from water?

You know, sometimes our car might wade through the rain water ~

I tried last time.. RM20 mine can go for 100km.. with air cond on...
Then I tried another RM20 still go for 100km...

But i know one thing for sure, don't turn on ur air cond when the car is idle...
It will REALLY SUCK our petrol...

I tried once.. RM20 suppose go 100km...
But i chat with frens in car with air cond on but no driving one... for 1 hours...
Mine RM20 can last for 64.5km only that time....
*
I feel that our aircon consume alot oil too ~ So what i do, is when the car is idle at the traffic light etc, i'll off the aircon ~ When i need pickup i off the aircon first ~ If i off the aircon, the pickup is much better ~

Encountered another extra issue in BLM shakehead.gif
NOt really a big one but it is like not normal

Having issue at the right-hand side window, the button to wind the window up n down is getting cranky ~

It starts last week ~ Have to press 2-3 times to wind up then only it will close, the first time pressing does not give any response at all ~

The today this morning i noticed that winding down beginning to have this issue blink.gif

My auto is running at 0.15/km mileage 20k already. The day i got my car i whack the engine nicely for short intervals then after 1k redline all the way
*
I really wonder what is the logic behind this? coz i thought that if we rev too high not good for engine, on the other hand, it's good for FC? blink.gif

Eh btw, anyone experienced the "Phhfiii, PHfiii" sound (Like whistling while you are driving sometimes), i told SC yesterday (Fixed the module and the window and this) about that and they said it's a gap at the door and they narrowed the gap ~

But today ~~~ i sill hear the PHfiii PHfiii sound, since 2-4 days ago

It sounds like coming from my left, but i'm not really sure whether is left front door or left back door ~~
Even if i drive at 60km/h or at 80km/h (And i slightly open only my right window which i always do but no sound last time) i can hear the "Phhhiiii Phiiii" a moderately sound whistling sound @@

I tot it's supposed to be fixed yesterday @@

It;s not a critical issue, but that sound will make you feel "what is that??"

y would u wanna open d window? ?
anyway is tat sound there if u dun open d window? ?  hmm.gif
*
Mmm coz i off the aircon and operate only on fan- wan to save fuel, so if i left the window closed ~~ The internal parts of the whole car windows and glass will become foggy (berwap air) @@, so i open the window a little bit like a 2 inches gap, mmm which i had been doing for many many months without the phiiii phiii sound @@

so i was wondering how come the sound only occurs these few days ~ (the first time i tot my cd rosak and i off my cd player and the sound is still there..... mmmm that time my window open or close)

Not really sure whether the sound is there if not open the window, but will check it out later when i drive back

In your experience, besides the door gap issue as the cause, what is the cause of the phii phiii and the way to overcome it?
