all UR bar (local ) is made of steel, which provide excellent holding power to alight ur car both side ... but wat if the bar it self alightment run off ? let say 1 mm ... so after u install it in ur car....so wat happen ? the run off side will strain ur chassic and ur car chassic both side level will oso affect...so u can imagaine hows the handling....
the most important point...after u install steel bar in ur car .. if one side of ur car being bang and deforming...the others side will deform too...as the steel bar transfer serious pressure from 1 side to another side.
on aluminium bar...both side can be adjust properly then only u tightening the screw... aluminium have weight benefit and it will goes bent if 1 side getting bang and too much pressure apply on it .. so the others side is more safety.. user no need reFORGE 2 of the front part only 1 side been bang... at least the chances is reduced
