QUOTE(aztechx @ Feb 3 2009, 08:30 PM)
yea..ive been calculating the cost and everything..interest does hurt alot..i guess when the times come, ill get a new car on my own..not in the nearest future i guess..since even an rm20k downpayment would cost rm200+/month..looks like a small amount but still we hear about kancils being repossessed every now and then..haih..ill listen to the more experienced people since im only 22 and i dont think i know much..

the choice is between an lmst and a wira now..still deciding but to be honest, the boxy design of the lmst is quite a turn off..  wink.gif

p/s:and guess what,my mini broke down again today...  sweat.gif  cry.gif
*
wira is not bad car. u wouldnt want to think of wira when u are driving saga lmst. so decide carefully, im thinking of persona or gen2 cps while driving a blm... but it just me.. smile.gif

erm..u mean wira better or LMST better?
well..to explain the situation..my heart is totally on the saga..but i dont think it seems like a possible option for me after my second round of discussion with my family..my dad said it is for me to decide,he would be ok but i guess i dont want to put the risk on my family like that..and u know what hurts most?

1)the saga showroom i pass by everyday on my way to class has 20+ (reducing by day) sagas parked nearby..
2)2 of my neighbors own the saga and park in direct view of my rooms window..  vmad.gif
3)i registered at the BLM club forum already..  blush.gif

starting my therapy by not looking at saga pics anymore..but still ive posponed my showroom 'trip' to thursday.. tongue.gif

p/s:i already feel guilty for going so far off topic in this thread..sorry  wink.gif

no comment, but should test drive all the cars, saga lmst, wira or new saga..

QUOTE(mikimoto @ Feb 4 2009, 05:56 PM)
Had the same problem before. sad.gif Even running slightly rough roads also can heard the obvious noise from passenger side A-pillar. Initially thought the noise was from either dahsboard or side mirror. Went SC couple times vmad.gif and finally found the noise was actually coming from outside of the passenger side fender.  sweat.gif  The join part between fender corner and bottom of A-pillar. There a gap between these 2 sheets of metal which might cause some irritating noise when car vibrates.

You can either put some thin slice of rubber sheet in between and tighten the screw. Alternatively you can just use some force and pull the fender metal edge out abit then it may not possible to contact the A-pillar metal surface. The knocking may tunnel into A-pillar and give you the wrong impression that the noise is coming from inside the pillar.  doh.gif
good information, thanks, ill try look into it.

Hi all my BLM brothers. I want to ask, you guys know where to get the bodykit we all see so much? The ones I saw on road was quite nice, skirting and spoiler made the car really look sporty.

How much is the bodykit?

Btw, is the BLM still using carburetor?
*
u mean airmaster ones? it would cost you about 1000-1300 for fullset depends on shops.

im still waiting for new new designs and cheaper bodykit...

confused whether the car is worth buying o not. sum say is good sum good and sum say the opposite. rclxub.gif
its a basic car but really good one.

with its current price its a worth buying. if willing to spend more, get persona se or gen2 cps, i love those leather seats and the engine. although i think both gen2 cps and persona se are overpriced.

oowh...fixed ur quote code.hhehe

sticker? dont you think it will look a bit weird? especially when close-up...
one would say "Oh, sticker rupanya..  laugh.gif " but from far of course its unnoticable at all..  nod.gif

normal spray can wont do too I think, would effect the point job as mentioned by siuyi  smile.gif
*
im thinking buy 1 meter black sticker, then cut it based on the rear shape. measure and follow the curve. but im just scared it wont last a long time..but at least its easy to recover your original bumper

QUOTE(four_add @ Feb 6 2009, 04:23 PM)
IMO it is possible but having skirt for rear bumper only will make the car look akward (if you look from the side angle)
CF stickers? what s that?(me n00b)  laugh.gif
then just send the car at a paint shop right?
hermm, how much would it cost?  hmm.gif
*
CF sticker is carbon fibre sticker. got pattern of carbon fiber.

if send to paint job maybe cost lest than 150. cost of normal paint job for whole bumper is 150

creative thinking  nod.gif  if it doesnt stick strong enough, then it will loose.. if its too strong, then maybe would kacau the paintjob too  .. easiset way, just colour it with black marker   laugh.gif
*
imagine door visor sticker, its strong so hard to pull it out. but easily wipe it off using wd40 without affecting the paint beneath.
black marker also would fade.

ill try first la. anyway sticker is so cheap.
