if you notice, nike comes in us sizes in malaysia as well. so its the same no matter where you buy it from, unless its fake.

It actually depends on your feet type. If your foot sweats alot and produce smell, yes the shoe will smell. Actually it is very comfortable to walk in especially on a hot day (without socks).

Actually, our foot doesnt produce foul smell. Its the bacteria that reacts with the moisture from the sweat that made it smells.
