QUOTE(-Max91- @ Mar 24 2010, 12:46 AM) Hey, I'm going to singapore this may to shop...any nice brand for polo shirt i can get from there?? try lacoste. they have italian fit/slim fit. if you are in luck, there will be on sales too. last check normal retail price was about SGD 109 to 129 per piece. or fred perry, made in japan version. if you check online website from us/uk, they always refer it as limited edition. cost slightly more, about SGD159 to SGD 209. asian fit, s size = xs uk/us size.

QUOTE(-Max91- @ Mar 24 2010, 03:11 PM) so fred perry japan version would be better ? and im not sure which store have it...coz got fred perry authentic, fred perry, fred perry laurel...i see their website got few stores @@ i am not saying japan version would be better but the cutting is more suitable for small size asian like me. in europe/us, japan version is more expensive and a lot of ppl are looking for it. there are a few places in singapore where you can find fred perry. my fav is isetan, orchard as they store japan version fred perry. there is a boutique in ion orchard, cineleisure orchard and a fred perry counter in tangs, orchard. other than that, there is a fred perry laurel at ann siang road (somewhere near china town) but the pricing is higher. QUOTE(-Max91- @ Mar 24 2010, 08:29 PM) wat so special for fred perry laurel tat make its price slightly higher?? yea...im a small sized asian too..i guess japan's fred perry would suits me more gua..but the price still in the range u gave juz now rite? they position fred perry laurel as the premium product. as a matter of fact, the price is still considered 'alright'. wait till you see those special/limited edition or collaboration eg Fred Perry x CDG, Fred Perry x Raf Simons. yes, the made in japan (MIJ) fred perry is around the price that i provided but if you are in luck, you may get some discount. Added on March 24, 2010, 11:54 pmbtw, you can always refer to this thread with regards to fred perry: http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1156930This post has been edited by attacusatlas: Mar 24 2010, 11:54 PM

my apologies for the lack of elaboration.
previously apc was carried by 'front row', located at ann siang road. this new apc store is wholly owned by 'front row'.

it stated that the opening will be towards the end of month. my personal suggestion is to go there during the singapore great sales, commencing from end of may/early june till july. you may get some discount during that season.
also, try to take a flight to singapore rather than by coach/car. you can even claim back the VAT at the airport. nowadays the flight ticket is getting more and more affordable it sometimes even cheaper than taking a coach.

QUOTE(Kidicarus @ May 24 2010, 09:40 AM) Help! I need assistance from the sifus in sartorial elegance in finding out where i can get a black bow tie that is not clipped on. My shopping expedition yesterday to the shopping malls and departmental stores resulted in tons of cheap looking clipped on bow ties which seem to lack that ol' skool class. I'm looking for a nice cumberband as well. Any help on this would be appreciated! try Tie Shop.
