The livestocks are not in my hands. You'll have to pay the full amount upfront prior to the closing date of the preorder. The closing date for each month's order will be notified in preorder thread. Once all payments are received, the order is submitted to my seller. The normal shipping duration is between 7-9 days for the order to arrive to my door. After which the animals will be immediately inspected and re-hydrated. Any injuries, loss of limbs, deaths on arrival (DOA) or other abnormalities will be reported to the buyers right away. I treat your animals with the same amount of care and respect as I would my own. In case of difficulties arising during the order, shipping, handling etc., I will be as transparent with you as I possibly can.
