FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

1. How does a preorder work when it comes to live invertebrates such as tarantulas, scorpions and centipedes?

The livestocks are not in my hands. You'll have to pay the full amount upfront prior to the closing date of the preorder. The closing date for each month's order will be notified in preorder thread. Once all payments are received, the order is submitted to my seller. The normal shipping duration is between 7-9 days for the order to arrive to my door. After which the animals will be immediately inspected and re-hydrated. Any injuries, loss of limbs, deaths on arrival (DOA) or other abnormalities will be reported to the buyers right away. I treat your animals with the same amount of care and respect as I would my own. In case of difficulties arising during the order, shipping, handling etc., I will be as transparent with you as I possibly can. Trust is essential and that is why I have managed to run these preorders for quite a while now. If you can't put your trust in me, then let's not waste each other's time.

2. Does the preorder carry Live Arrival Guarantee?

Nope. The buyer bears all the risks resulting from the shipping of these invertebrates.

3. Do I sell CITES listed animals i.e. the Brachypelma genus?

No I don't.

4. What makes DUGOUTBUGS™ Preorders different?

Simple. I've been trading invertebrates since 2007. This thread alone will be 4 years old end of 2012 (check the posting date). I've done this for quite some time now, so you know this is not a setup that can close at anytime and leave you hanging by your balls with all your money paid towards a preorder lost. Sure there are hickups at times, but I have made it my responsibility every time to make sure the customers get a transparent dealing out of every penny paid. You get what you paid for. No junks, no dying animals that end up being not mentioned, no funky munky bullshit! cool2.gif

Contact method/details:
PM please. I would really appreciate requests with specific details of the animals/items which are of the buyers' interest. Please avoid asking me to pm you "all the prices of the items listed/ entire pricelists".

Will trade with longimanus for an equal value camille. I'm even prepared to buy if it's a real longimanus. But must be really sure the ID is correct!

At the sizes I'm selling, I can not guarantee sex gemo. 1.5cm LS is really a small tarantula.
