wont Rolex seek legal issues with them? both models look very similar...
or perhaps they already got special agreement with Rolex? I might be wrong, but Panerai are quite particular about this... This post has been edited by nando: Apr 28 2010, 10:14 AM |

QUOTE(patryn33 @ Apr 28 2010, 10:10 AM) this type? issue with alot German mechanical clocks parts are brass made. according to the watchmaker here. They told me only can last 30-40yrs then I would need to get a new movement! they only recommend me to service it 1 time after 5-10yrs then don't service it as its not worth the money. here it cost over US$150 to get it cleaned and oil. a new movement may cost close to price of new clock. i like it!! http://www.cuckookingdom.com/_e/1_Day_Chal...odel_1674_9.htm ![]() BTW...with your knowledge on movement and watches...you can consider being the next Bill! |

Local AD...about 11-12k..after discount...maybe around 9.5k....that was few months back...pricing also depend on bracelet or rubber or leather
if buy online, may get slightly below 9k....due to stronger Ringgit.. |

U willing to spend 10K might as well get the Omega Seamaster professional. Co-Axial Automatic COSC movement + 300m + Helium Release valve.. Sinn don't have any non chrono with Diapal. not too many watches out there with improved escapement and its COSC rated at your price pt Added on April 30, 2010, 11:01 am 10 k i think also can go for Omega Planet Ocean right? just read the differences between both models... http://www.bankslyon.co.uk/blog/seamaster-...ean-vs-300m.php other than design and also the extra 300M underwater...not much to choose from eh? thanks mate..you still recall my love for power reserve...
the JR is a bit too costly for me....its a limited edition alright but not keen paying >10k for this.. the Baume looks nice.... but i tell you what......i still like the Louis Erard you showed couple of pages back...very stylish and unconventional.....hunting around for best pricing... wow...LVMH sales huh...maybe can get a decent and cheap daily quartz beater... Added on May 1, 2010, 9:54 pm QUOTE(llk @ Apr 30 2010, 09:36 PM) This is my first ever expensive watch since wearing so many years Seiko Criteria, thanks to nando for recommend me the watch shop. congrats..glad you found something you like! This post has been edited by nando: May 1 2010, 09:54 PM |
