3. Emphasis on big quality screen, good & loud sound
4. Camera at least 3.0mega pixel but can live with 2.0Mp
5. Prefer non-candy bar & good casing design but not critical
6. 3G n internet connectivity not important

have been offered a n80 used unit. price <RM400. pretty tempted....

thanks ya. si fu is really si fu. i HAVE been eyeing the u700 but got a couple of bad 'comments' like silver paint easily scraped off, ring tone/sound not loud, screen tough to look at under sunlight etc. did some research n seems like a few recommend samsung g600. from the reviews, looks like the 'perfect must-have phone'. AP is <900 while 2nd hand maybe 400-500.

havent used a nokia for a while n was considering the 2nd hand n80 as it was cheap n i havent used such smart/pda phones b4. figured that for 3++ i can try out if smart phones r for me, if not, a year from now i can hunt for a new one.

that's what i thought too. found some shops in ss15 throwing such price quotes around. non-registered pricing.

heard that nokia n82 is very good for taking photos. how is it compared to n95 n k850i?

hi. big fan of n82 eh? i'm also considering to get this phone but AP set la. ss15 prices look quite attractive, wondering how do they fare against low yat/sg wang prices? ss15 ap set can get for 1170. when getting AP set, anything to look out for? got some 'taiwan' or 'thailand' keypad izit? anything to avoid?

btw, main question actually was how to get/install all those software u talked abt especially the shaking thingy n games? thanks a lot

hi. would like to know how does nokia 6220 classic compares with n82? both camera features r abt the same (in theory) but not sure the actual results? 6220 is abt 250 cheaper n lighter too but n82 has bigger display n WIFI. 6220 has feature pack 2 while n82..... not sure??

n95 8gb vs n82. heard that n82 is much faster than n95 8gb. is this true? software wise, any strong advantage that n82 has over n95 8gb?

hi. for n82, would like to know abt the GPS function.. known as Nokia Maps is it? was wondering if the free version will direct the user from point A to point B or will it just display where the destination it w/o displaying how to get from where the user currently is to there?

hi sordanny. ur wife fancies touch screen? LG KP500 (cookie) is a new model n priced around 830.

or samsung g600 - one yr old model but have good review (5MP camera) at around RM880.

or nokia 6500 slider at ard 790

Hi again. was wondering why 2nd batch stock? anything to look out for? planning to get 5800 after CNY holidays

planning to get 5800 for wife and n82 for myself. really hope that after CNY holidays the price will jatuh banyak banyak. hopefully too during CNY i dun need to give out that many ang pow.....

5800 sound very good but camera terrible. n82 camera with xenon flash very good but sound is onli so so. 5800 display much bigger but is touchscreen (ie no keypad), n82 has good display but design nothing special. 5800 (8gb) ori can get at 1300 but n82 (2gb) ori is abt 1450. n82 AP is around 1140
