try search for a program call rrt.exe. its help me a lot on enabling back those problem. i think its some kind of virus sit in the thumbdrive. rrt can also enable task manager, hidden file etc. i hope its help.

Wow cool.... now only I notice I can't even open my regedit... ... (whenever I click on "OK" in the run box, nothing happen afterward... ...

Aha by using this rrt i can open up and view all the hidden folder adn clean out lots of lots of sh**t from my office comp, thanks for the tips. But veyr obvious that this comp still on some sort of infection as I still can't open regedit... will try to clean it. Thanks for everyone's help

Check whether your regedit executable is still present, and check the properties to verify that it is in fact regedit. Then if double clicking doesn't work on it, use your task manager to check running processes for strange processes. You can use Sysinternals Process Explorer to find out more about what's going on in your system.
After removing the malware, if the problem still persists, chances are the thing has corrupted your default registry settings. You'll need to do some advanced googling for it; it involves resetting the hidden and superhidden keys to default values in both HKCU and HKLM.
