Lower f-number can create shallower depth of field image. So, F2.0 is better than F8.0 in creating bokeh. When you zoom to tele, the f-number will increase. For example, the f-number is F2.4 when you zoom to 2.5x. So you can only get F2.0 when your focal length is at 24mm (1x)
