- arrange tournament = forget bout it,its nt easy.
- arrange time = find few hours,or maybe 2-3games perday with ur full team
- finding sponsor = sponsor are always easy to get if your team can achieve something
- finding draft team = there is very less serious teams nowadays,but i think those top 4 teams are alwys avaiable for training even thou the skill gap is quite big.
- learning from what teammate crit me.
ur teammate pro only listen,if nt use ur own brain and think. Sometime teammate think he is vigoss,and he scold other ppl to cover his mistake.

leader should show very good example for other teammate..

such as helping aranging match for training purpose lan or online

nt attending late.

dont scold teammate to harsh but u can scold,or in better manner is by teaching them if u gt experience.

but try nt to have problematic teammate,attp or emo
