As many ppl in this forum know.. previous few month i create a clan name oNs. but i learning how to manage a clan..

what i do now is

- arrange tournament
- arrange time
- finding sponsor
- finding draft team
- learning from what teammate crit me.

please team me all sifu

Official game distributor most likely will host an official tourment.

depend of how u wanna recruit, there are vast type of ways. In game recruit, forum recruit

- learning from what teammate crit me.
arent that supposed team are?
crit as critical or crit as in critic?

finding draft team for practise? mind pm me ur msn?

can't even manage out what you want to say..... disband your clan

- arrange tournament = forget bout it,its nt easy.
- arrange time = find few hours,or maybe 2-3games perday with ur full team
- finding sponsor = sponsor are always easy to get if your team can achieve something
- finding draft team = there is very less serious teams nowadays,but i think those top 4 teams are alwys avaiable for training even thou the skill gap is quite big.
- learning from what teammate crit me.
ur teammate pro only listen,if nt use ur own brain and think. Sometime teammate think he is vigoss,and he scold other ppl to cover his mistake.

leader should show very good example for other teammate..

such as helping aranging match for training purpose lan or online

nt attending late.

dont scold teammate to harsh but u can scold,or in better manner is by teaching them if u gt experience.

but try nt to have problematic teammate,attp or emo

2 words to u...... "play smart" in your role... maybe u need to develop your management skill i guess...how about get some Management test book and have a reading through it? Very helpful...as i know...there's 1 very excellent team leader in Malaysia, he did that before... although the team almost fully changed players, but the spirit still there... the past generation has pass to a new generation, performance recently quite well ~ LOL... whoever understand which team i mentioning... u may know who was the 1 read test book and improve his management skill in DOTA team... hahaha..

i need to know what is ur ggc lvl before u can manage a clan....

One important factor is :-

At least interact with your clan members like going out on a outing with them and try to participate with them in any events that they invite...building bonds
