yes, actually don't have any drastic changes to the internals. maybe when they design valhalla, they re-do everything (one big heatsink for the combined chip and more space underneath the DVD-rom)

they save cost by making smaller GPU but have to add 256 internal flash memory, so their manufacturing costs should stay about the same. it is possible they'll continue manufacture falcons (w/o the internal memory for premium and elite sets) since falcon are also quite reliable ?

my xenon (M.Date = june'06) lasted ~2 years with minimal gaming. after NXE, then it 3RL (0102). so send to bernard for x-clamp fix. hope can tahan a few more months ..... for jasper next year
