Hi...Property prices in market are expected to drop soon coz of the economy crisis..at the same time,it would be a golden opportunity to crab properties during such time if you have extra money.But then again,cash plays a big role during these time...best of luck,buddy..

It might be or might not be ok by end of nex year.from the forum i attended,it says tht economy crisis is expected to hit us for 24mths..
