Yes you can have more then one HDD in a computer, and yes you can "load" more then one hdd in a computer at any given time.

U just use another computer to access your computer hdd by swapping out of hdd in your computer and then putting in another computer with a hdd and windows inside. Then you can see your hdd unless you got some hardware error in your hdd, if just infected with virus then should be no prob reading the data from your hdd.
