I was planning to buy a 10 years double storey terrace house by the end of this year but then I heard some rumours said that the economy crisis we're facing in 2008 will be worse by the first half of 2009, hence will affect the housing price. Can anyone give opinion about this? Will it affect the value of new houses only or both new and old houses?

... Should i buy now, or buy in yr 2009 end? Many ppl said properties value will drop, but I think terrace house will not effect so much and maybe the price will maintain and wont increase looo...
