Diet pill must be consume once you wake up and you must have your meal as usual. Even if you dont feel like eating, you must have something and maintain less food more meals in a day. You have to get used to it.
After stop taking this pill, you have to maintain that way and you have to take care of what you eat as well. Dont blame on the pill if you didn't watch out your daily meal.
Now, plan you meal wisely and stop blaming on the pill.
